Ottomatic Joy Foundation is proud to welcome Top Tier K9 - Bradenton as our Official Training Partner. With owner Julie Madison leading Otto’s training, his path from puppy to certified therapy dog begins with proven expertise, thoughtful guidance, and a shared commitment to our community. Together, we’re building a program that will bring comfort, connection, and joy to those who need it most across Florida’s Gulf Coast communities.

We chose to partner with Top Tier K9 – Bradenton because Otto’s story matters, and we wanted a trainer who would treat it with the same care we do. Julie’s heart for dogs, her commitment to ethical training, and her belief in the healing power of canine companionship made Top Tier K9 – Bradenton the perfect partner to guide Otto’s journey.
